Introduction

I've built my practice around the belief that every person—from young children to older adults—is the expert of their own life. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and a genuine curiosity about understanding each client's unique experience. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges across the lifespan. Whether I'm working with a toddler finding words for big feelings, a teenager navigating identity shifts, or an adult processing past wounds, I focus on drawing out the strengths and resilience already within you. Using a multimodality approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and behavioral approaches, I create space for real understanding rather than quick fixes. I'm committed to walking alongside you with empathy and respect. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your healing journey.
