I’m a trauma-informed therapist working with adults and teens navigating anxiety and disconnection from self. The folks I'm passionate about supporting often carry stories about who they were “supposed” to be. These stories can be rooted in family dynamics, gender roles, and cultural expectations. In our work together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped the way you move through the world and how you can begin to show up more fully and freely. My clinical experience spans both community and outpatient mental health settings. My approach is integrative and relational, drawing primarily from DBT skills training and mindfulness-based CBT techniques. I work through a person-centered, intersectional lens to honor your lived experience and inner wisdom. I’m especially passionate about supporting women, LGBTQ+ folx, and those healing from boundary violations or experiences that left them feeling unseen or silenced.
