I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy for children ages 6 and up, adolescents, and adults. I came into this work through a commitment to helping people navigate emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the long-term impact of stress and trauma in a practical, grounded way. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and family estrangement, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is structured and collaborative, focused on building emotional regulation, insight, and coping skills that clients can apply outside of sessions to create meaningful and lasting change.
