Introduction

I am a trauma-informed therapist with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment systems, supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is practical, steady, and collaborative. I focus on helping clients stabilize what feels overwhelming, reduce emotional intensity, and build real-world coping tools that support daily functioning and sustainable change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and relational approaches. I have extensive experience in outpatient addiction treatment, co-occurring disorders, MAT support, crisis-informed care, and complex family system stress. I am currently practicing under clinical supervision as I work toward full clinical licensure. Telehealth only. Private pay only (no insurance at this time). Clients often come to me when they are ready for grounded, practical support that helps them move forward at a workable pace and create meaningful change in daily life.
