As a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist, I offer a safe and compassionate space for those navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions. I have a special heart for overwhelmed parents, cycle breakers, and anyone who has ever felt unseen, exhausted, or dismissed. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years supporting families as a Family Support Specialist, with a strong focus on empowering women and building community. That experience continues to shape my approach—relational, grounded, and authentically human. I’m trained in EMDR and Narrative Therapy and hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and spirit. If your faith or spiritual beliefs are important to you, I welcome them into our work together. As a mother of three, I understand how hard it can be to hold space for everyone else and still tend to yourself. My goal is to help you reconnect with your own wisdom and strength in a space of trust, curiosity, and care. If you're ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk with you.
