Introduction
I started this practice in 2013 with the goal of providing high quality care while allowing clients to use their insurance to make therapy more accessible and affordable. In addition to working from an integrative approach, I also have a 200-hour yoga teaching certification and weave this into my work with clients. I have additional speciality areas in working with athletes, managing type 1 diabetes and conducting assessments for ADHD and autism. I'm an avid hiker, lover of the outdoors and mother to an adorable high energy kiddo!
