I’m Heidi, a licensed professional counselor offering virtual therapy for adults, teens, and children across Oklahoma. I specialize in trauma and EMDR therapy, neurodivergence, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem. I have lived experience with neurodivergence and chronic illness. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and a little human (yes, humor is welcome here). Virtual sessions mean flexibility and comfort — therapy that fits into real life.
