Hi, I'm so glad you're here! My name is Heidi Martell and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) in Tennessee. I hold a Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling. In a world filled with constant demands and disconnection, I believe therapy can be the journey back home to self. A space to slow down and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, post-abortion healing, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feel stuck, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, untangle mental chaos, and begin moving toward healing and freedom. Through trauma-informed care, I utilize evidence-based therapy modalities and faith-based counseling if desired, to help you create meaningful change in your life.
