Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve spent a long time trying to hold everything together on your own. My goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and be yourself without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and patterns that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself or the people who matter most. I have a particular passion for helping people heal from relational trauma, rebuild their sense of identity, and develop healthier, more meaningful connections. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. Therapy with me is not about simply sitting back and listening—I’ll work alongside you to understand what is happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to create meaningful change. Depending on your needs, I integrate approaches such as EMDR, attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and trauma-informed relationship work. Whether you are working through experiences from the past, feeling overwhelmed in the present, or simply realizing that something in your life needs to change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, emotional safety, stronger relationships, and a deeper connection with yourself.
