Introduction

Hello and Welcome! I am Heidi Ross, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I am looking forward to changes in counseling practice laws to allow me to also provide services outside of Ohio in the very near future. I received my Bachelor’s of Psychology in 2000 and my Master’s of Education in Community Counseling in 2002 from the University of Akron. For 9 years, I provided therapeutic counseling services to children and adults in outpatient, home-based, and school-based settings. For the past 11 years, I have provided outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages, in person and via telehealth, in a private practice setting. I am a very diverse therapist who feels it is very important to meet clients where they are at. I have an open-door policy regarding client population. We are all in this life together and may need assistance to get through! I provide high-quality care to teens, adults, and families in need through the convenience of telehealth. “It is my mission to help others help themselves, and to help them get through life’s obstacles and overcome mental health challenges.”
