Hi I’m Heike I love helping people connect the dots between the wounds of the past and how they may be limiting your present and future. Some wounds can lead to Anxiety, depression, and Fear. We end up looking for ways escape our day to day life. Healing is not easy. Staying stuck in our wounds is also not Easy. Together we can uncover the patterns that are keeping you stuck and take steps toward a new life. You will not be alone will be right there with you! I have an office for in-person sessions in Wilmington, NC as well as virtual telehealth appointments for people outside of the area or those that prefer virtual sessions. It is hard to be vulnerable, I get that! That's why I offer a free 15 minute call to explore what you want from therapy and to determine if we can work well together.
