Introduction

I specialize in helping adults from all walks of life heal from Trauma and Complex PTSD. I believe strongly that trauma is treatable! My clients often come to therapy carrying the impact of single‑incident trauma (such as accidents, assaults, medical trauma, natural disasters, or sudden loss) or long‑term relational trauma (including childhood neglect or abuse, domestic violence, betrayal trauma, identity‑based trauma, religious abuse, workplace bullying, chronic caregiving stress, and many more). My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I integrate EMDR, IFS, TF‑CBT, EFT, Mindfulness, and Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help clients process painful experiences, reduce symptoms, and build a more grounded, connected life. Common concerns I treat include depression, anxiety, emotional flashbacks, nightmares, toxic shame, health issues due to the stress of trauma, relationship struggles, and a harsh inner critic. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (OR #C6173) with advanced training in trauma, grief, EMDR, IFS, KAP, and military mental health.
