Introduction

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a fascination for the human brain, a curiosity about the patterns that shape us, and a desire to create safe, supportive spaces for others. I was especially drawn to supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities after seeing how often they are overlooked, which inspired me to pursue a client-centered approach rooted in collaboration, trust, and respect. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, eating concerns, identity or faith transitions, relationship challenges, and life changes. Using evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS, I tailor therapy to each person’s needs and goals. I’m also trained in Nature Informed Therapy, offering the option to take sessions outdoors or integrate nature into our work together. Above all, my goal is to provide a safe, trauma-informed space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
