As a psychotherapist, I am dedicated to honoring and preserving each client’s unique culture and identity while collaboratively supporting their personal growth and progress. My approach is client-centered, meeting individuals where they are and co-creating treatment goals to empower them in their therapeutic journey. My role is to guide, not overwhelm, ensuring clients feel in control of their treatment. I utilize a strength-based approach, helping clients leverage their inherent strengths across various aspects of their lives. Through tailored psychoeducation, I provide insights into symptoms, emotions, and experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of how clients navigate life and relationships. My goal is to equip clients with practical tools to feel grounded, secure, and confident in managing their emotions and achieving their aspirations. My professional experience includes serving as an Adult and Child Outpatient Therapist and an Outreach Therapist at Clinical Support Options in Springfield, Massachusetts. Additionally, I have worked as an IICAPS Outreach Therapist (Intensive In-Home Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services) for high-risk youth at Community Health Resources in Windsor, Connecticut.
