Introduction

Growth is essential for a healthy, fulfilling life, and thriving relationships, but there are times when we all feel stuck. This stagnation can create a significant barrier between where you are and the personal growth you want to achieve. The root causes of these uncomfortable feelings vary widely. Overwhelming change, anxiety, unprocessed trauma, burnout, and sadness are just a few examples of the triggers that can leave us feeling deeply distressed. As an LPCC and LICDC, I am committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and personal journeys with care, compassion, and empathy. I dedicate my practice to offering a non-judgmental, safe space where you can facilitate change, find peace, and create a new vision for your future. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse, life transitions, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I enjoy working with a diverse clientele, with a dedicated focus on serving marginalized and underrepresented populations. My practice provides specialized, high-quality care for minority and multicultural groups, the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of abuse, non-traditional relationships, and foster or blended families. I maintain a person-centered, strengths-based approach to care and lean on integrative therapy, which is flexible and combines techniques from multiple evidence-based modalities. Because there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution to mental health, I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership. By continuously adapting strategies as you evolve, I aim to address the whole person—including the mind, body, emotions, and spiritual beliefs.
