How we relate to others, and to ourselves, shapes everything: our sense of belonging, our ability to be vulnerable, and ultimately whether we can come home to a version of ourselves that we like. When safety in connection feels shaky, it can show up as distance in a partnership, bring up body-based triggers from the past, or a feeling that no one really "gets" you. Together, we’ll work toward feeling happier and more secure, less reactive in the moments that matter, more able to take in the love you receive, and free to choose relationships that truly feel good for you. My work is grounded in relationships. With couples, I use EFT to break painful cycles and restore closeness. With individuals, I bring in EMDR to heal attachment wounds and create a sense of safety in connection. In my process group, clients actively practice vulnerability, trust, and new ways of connecting.
