I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I specialize in working with individuals, adolescents, and young adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, relationship conflict, and major life transitions. I also support clients facing school and work difficulties, as well as those exploring spiritual matters. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I draw from Cognitive-Behavioral techniques and Transactional Analysis (Eric Berne) to help clients gain insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of thinking and relating. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients can be heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
