Introduction

Dr. Hillary Devlin is a licensed clinical psychologist and co-founder of Flatiron CBT. She specializes in treatment approaches to help you navigate anxiety, OCD, and other life difficulties (e.g., life transitions, low motivation, perfectionism) with more flexibility, awareness, self-compassion, and purpose. Dr. Devlin earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Yale University. She then completed her clinical internship at the University of Washington School of Medicine, followed by a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at The Reeds Center for Anxiety, OCD, and Related Disorders. She is licensed in New York and Vermont, and authorized to practice in all participating PSYPACT states. She has received extensive training in empirically-supported Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT) with particular focus on mindfulness-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has specific expertise in treating OCD with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and has worked with clients on a wide range of OCD themes (e.g., morality, harm, sexual orientation, pedophilia, relationships, contamination, perniatal and postpartum, health & illness anxiety, hyper-awareness/sensorimotor, hyper-responsibility, real event, fear of forgetting, 'just right,' and many more).
