My intention for practice is to support individuals struggling to manage anxiety, depression, trauma and stress related concerns. I consider impacts throughout the lifespan and development on how we think, feel and behave. This approach is founded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which provides a manageable container for understanding how we show up in the world, consciously and subconsciously; inviting awareness into why and how we behave the way we do. I integrate mindfulness based techniques and mindful movement (yoga) if clients are interested in more body based approaches to processing and healing. Additionally, I am trained in psychedelic assisted therapy with a focus on integration.
