I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or simply unsure of what comes next. Clients may be navigating anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, relationship or family conflict, emotional regulation, trauma, or school-related challenges. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, you just know that something isn't feeling right and you're ready to understand yourself a little better. Wherever you are in that process, you are welcome here. My approach is conversational, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and emotional regulation strategies to help you gain clarity, build practical skills, and better understand yourself. Therapy should feel like a space where you can be yourself while working toward meaningful, lasting change. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start wherever you are and take it one step at a time. Small steps still move you forward, and trying is already an act of change. Let's figure it out together.
