WELCOME Salt & Tides Counseling is a supportive and motivational counseling practice located in Historic Plymouth, MA. My name is Hillary Ezrin and I am a Licensed and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I earned a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Massachusetts and have continued to help people I work with overcome challenges they face. I value a strong commitment to supporting people I work with and believe the counselor-client relationship to be the most essential part of this work. The unique training of a Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor includes advanced understanding of medical, physical, mental, biological and employment aspects of complex conditions. - SCOPE OF PRACTICE Individual Counseling In your first appointment, we will explore what brought you in and discuss together productive ways to help you progress forward. During the course of our work together, we will navigate root cause concerns, strategies for symptom management, pre-existing conditions and reduce further impact, cope with implications to improve confidence and perception of control for well-rounded health. Vocational Rehabilitation & Expert Witness Provides a wide range of forensic analysis on the medical aspects of disability, residual functional capacity, earning capacity, wage loss, and labor market analysis for individual legal cases.
