WELCOME Salt & Tides Counseling is a supportive and motivational counseling practice located in Historic Plymouth, MA. My name is Hillary Ezrin and I am a Licensed and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I earned a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Massachusetts Boston and have continued to help people I work with overcome challenges they face. I value a strong commitment to supporting people I work with and consider counselor and client relationship to be the most essential part of this work. The unique training of a Rehabilitation Counselor includes advanced understanding of medical, physical, cognitive, psychosocial, biological and employment aspects of various complex conditions, symptoms and disabilities. - SCOPE OF PRACTICE Individual Counseling I use a person-centered approach to help you navigate your personal experiences. In your first appointment, we will explore what brought you in and discuss together productive ways to help you progress forward. During the course of our work together, we will reflect on root cause stress, strategies for symptom management, to support positive outcomes for well-rounded health. Certified Vocational Assessment & Vocational Expert Witness The field of Vocational Rehabilitation may retain an expert witness to facilitate professional research, analysis, insights on employment issues, wage loss, employability, and job market analysis in legal cases.
