Salt & Tides Counseling brings the mind and body together to help people move away from stress and pain using strategies to support a lifestyle that is as much about our minds as it is about our movement. My name is Hillary Ezrin and I am a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor (MA-DPH) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRCC). I have a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Massachusetts. I have worked together with people of diverse abilities in public, non-profit and private clinical health settings for more than 16 years. I have specialized training in acute/chronic injury and disability, workforce development, health and wellness, solution focused counseling strategies, and trauma-informed care to offer therapeutic services that support your wellness and longevity. Individual counseling is about your unique well-being. The goal is to offer space using motivational and solution focused that considers the whole person. Sessions may offer strategies to manage stress, give freedom in your thoughts and live a meaningful life. Vocational rehabilitation provides expert witness to personal impact returning to work and/or retaining employment due to injury or disability. This service provides comprehensive case review of medical, functional aspects of symptoms and disability, earning capacity and the national economy. Evidence based methods are applied to best determine attainable and ethical employment outcomes. Ethics are in accordance with Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification and Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health Professionals.
