Introduction

Your OCD may feel overwhelming right now, but it does not have to define your life. Together, we can take a structured, evidence-based approach to help you regain control. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, combined with techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we will develop effective strategies to create lasting change. Living with OCD can be extremely challenging. It can leave you feeling alone and isolated – but you are not alone! Let’s team up and battle your OCD together so that you can gain back control of your life. We will take a collaborative approach to your treatment, ensuring you have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively challenge OCD. Through psychoeducation, guidance, and compassionate support, I will empower you to confront the difficult but essential steps needed to overcome fear and regain control. As someone who has personally experienced OCD, I deeply understand the doubts, uncertainties, and spirals that can feel overwhelming. However, there is a path forward—and I am here to help you navigate it. Together, we will work to break free from OCD’s grip and move toward a life filled with possibilities.
