I am a Resident in Counseling with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University. My work is guided by a trauma-informed approach, and I am committed to providing a safe, empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe in everyone’s capacity for growth and healing, and I work with clients to help them identify and tap into their strengths and achieve meaningful change. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Person-Centered Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I tailor sessions to each individual’s unique needs, focusing on empathy and non-judgment to help clients feel heard and supported. In your first visit, we will explore your goals, clarify your values, and create a path forward toward healing and growth. I would be honored to hear your story.
