Holly Ashley is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Certified Forensic Social Worker, speaker, and doctoral student in Mind-Body Medicine with a specialization in Integrative Mental Health. She is the Founder of Holly Ashley & Associates, a private-pay integrative mental health practice serving women throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health and wellness, Holly helps women navigate anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, confidence and identity concerns, and spiritual wellness through a whole-person approach to healing. Her work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, holistic wellness principles, and faith-informed support to help women create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
