Introduction

My name is Holly Burgin, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping people find happiness and balance. My approach uses a combination of talk and body-based therapies to help you explore current stressors, understand your nervous system, and build tools and strategies that actually work for you. I work best with clients who want a warm, practical, down-to-earth space to untangle patterns, build tools for regulation, and reduce stress in their daily lives. I especially enjoy helping clients work through complex trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing, and ADHD.
