I draw on cognitive processing, written exposure, interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavior approaches—combined with art therapy, sound bathing, cranial electrostimulation, yoga, pain reduction, and biofeedback. I use outcome measurements throughout our work so we can track what's actually helping you heal.
