My intention for therapy is to create a safe, supportive space where you can rediscover your true wholeness. I work to achieve this by reinforcing your current strengths and developing new skills and daily practices to reconnect your mind and body. I offer a client-centered, holistic approach to healing, weaving together various powerful modalities. For individuals and couples, this includes integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques with deeper practices like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and trauma-sensitive yoga and mindfulness. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and in facilitating the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), both of which help clients strengthen their inner sense of connection and safety in themselves and their relationships.
