Introduction

Holly is a licensed clinical social worker and has been practicing for over 12 years. Holly’s goal when working with patients is to be a collaborative supporter, helping people change their thinking and find new perspectives. Holly primarily practices using CBT. Holly has lived in Montgomery County, MD her whole life. Holly has work experience around crisis intervention as well as in a multi-disciplinary setting. Holly has focused on work involving children/adolescents/young adults over her professional career. However, Holly also does work with adults to help address family dynamic difficulties and interpersonal struggles. In addition to individual therapy services, Holly also offers clinical supervision for social workers with an LMSW license. Holly has prioritized training and educating social work graduate students and newer clinicians for the majority of her professional career. When not working she enjoys reading, traveling (she’s been to 19 countries outside of the USA), power-lifting, and spending time with her family.
