I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to navigate your life challenges—whether it’s managing anxiety, grief, depression, relationship issues, substance use, or major life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about supporting you during transitional phases of life, iIncluding launching adulthood, becoming new parents and couples/relationship issues. I believe that therapy provides a unique space to explore the fullness of what it means to be human—the highs and lows, the struggles and triumphs—and to grow from these experiences. I offer culturally sensitive, affirming care to all, including the LGBTQ+ community, sex-positive and kink-allied work in both couples and individual sessions, and bring specialized experience in maternal health. My personal experience with motherhood enriches my practice, allowing me to bring a deeper level of empathy and understanding. With a strong emphasis on empathy, compassion, and respect for your unique life experiences, I draw from psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and attachment-based theories, integrating emotionally focused and trauma-informed care. As a certified yoga instructor, mind-body practices are utilized to help deepen the therapeutic process and support overall wellness.
