Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides individual therapy for children, teens, and adults. I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Supporting Children, Teens, and Adults Life can feel overwhelming at any age. Children may struggle with big emotions they don’t yet have the words for. Teens often face pressure, identity questions, and social or academic stress. Adults may find themselves navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. For children, I use creativity and play-based approaches to help them safely express their feelings and build confidence and emotional regulation skills. I am currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), further deepening my training in using play as a powerful and natural way for children to process and heal. With teens, I prioritize building trust and connection. Adolescence is a time of growth and change, and I offer a space where teens can talk openly, explore who they are, and feel supported without fear of judgment. For adults, I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach. Together, we gently explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to stress or disconnection. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with your inner strengths. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding. A Partnership in Growth I see therapy as a relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or looking for deeper personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you. As a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, I remain committed to continued learning and evidence-based practices so I can provide thoughtful, high-quality care to every client I serve.
