Introduction

Hello! I am a Professional Counselor in North Carolina, Maine, and New Hampshire, and a National Certified Counselor. I have 14 years of experience in the field of counseling. I hold a Master of Education in Counselor Education from The University of Maine. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy and integrative approaches to mental health. Throughout my career, I have gained experience across all age groups while working in a wide range of settings, including private practice, community mental health centers, home-based and long-term care programs, and public schools. I utilize an approach that is client-centered and strengths-based, emphasizing collaboration and empowerment, while fostering the innate capacity for growth and healing. Through cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies, my clients have consistently shown significant positive mental health outcomes. I work collaboratively with clients, helping them move toward positive outcomes at a pace tailored to their individual needs. I am often described as warm, caring, patient, gentle, and supportive. Please submit an inquiry to get started and learn more about working together.
