Introduction

I'm Holly Pinto, a Registered AMFT at Center for Mindful Relationships, and whether you're looking for the convenience of online therapy from anywhere in California or prefer to meet in person in San Diego, my goal is to make therapy feel like a place where you can finally exhale. I have a special passion for working with women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions. I also love helping couples strengthen communication, reconnect emotionally, and build healthier, more secure relationships. Therapy with me is tailored to your needs by integrating attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, polyvagal-informed and somatic approaches, narrative therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and emotionally focused techniques. My goal is to help you not only understand why you feel the way you do, but to experience lasting change in how you relate to yourself and your loved ones. Together, we'll slow down, make sense of the patterns that have shaped your life, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is genuine and easy to talk to while still providing practical tools, thoughtful insight, and a clear direction forward. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply feel ready to become more connected to yourself, I'd be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.
