I believe therapy works best when we honor your unique strengths and lived experience. I use an integrative, person-centered approach drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, and creative techniques including play, art, and mind-body work. Together, we combine your expertise in your own life with my training in mental health to build a therapeutic relationship focused on moving you toward your goals. I work with teenagers through elders, and I'm deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I'm here to meet you where you are. I'm a lifelong learner who values curiosity and genuine connection, and I'm accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions. I'm here to support your growth and healing.
