Here at ARC we approach therapy from a strength perspective. We know that whoever, you are and whatever you are experiencing you can get through it. It's ok to reach out for a little support. I come from a CBT background and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my therapeutic work. We promote personal resilience and strength here. I work with loss of relationships, couples, pre-marital counselling, divorce therapy and Discernment Counseling.
