Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s completely natural to need support when things don’t feel right. Whether you’re feeling stuck, unsure about your next step, or carrying pain from the past, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and inclusive space where you can show up as your full self without judgment. I work with people navigating the impact of early relationship experiences, such as childhood neglect, abuse, parental abandonment, emotional enmeshment, and other difficult family dynamics. These experiences can deeply shape how you feel about yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. In our work together, your experiences will be taken seriously, validated, and met with care. I move at a pace that feels safe for you and use approaches that support both mind and body, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I stand in strong solidarity with marginalized communities and advocate for equity in all areas of life. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to fostering a space where all identities, expressions, and lived experiences are seen, valued, and celebrated. I am also engaged in ongoing antiracist practice and strive to continually learn from and uplift BIPOC voices in both my personal and professional life. Outside of the therapy room, I spend time in nature with my dog Buzz Bee, read, thrift for hidden treasures, work on creative projects, and follow curiosity wherever it leads me. If you’ve talked and thought about your struggles but are ready to go deeper, to process your pain at the root, I can support you in that journey.
