Introduction

If you're looking for therapy that feels like you're talking to a real person and having a genuine human connection, you're in the right place! Sessions with me are relaxed and conversational, with plenty of space for authenticity, humor, and quirks. Whether you’re navigating something unconventional, feeling stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, or questioning how you show up with others, you deserve a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are. My approach is real, warm, and collaborative. I’m not here to overanalyze you or sit quietly while you struggle to find the right words. I’ll meet you where you are and help you make sense of what’s going on so you can feel safe and at home in your own body. I’m a sex therapy–informed professional! Something I'm passionate about is working with individuals and couples (throuples, quads, etc) exploring relationship dynamics, identity, and connection in all forms. This includes LGBTQIA+, asexuality, gender diversity, polyamory, ENM, BDSM/kink, etc. I also have extensive experience helping people who feel caught in cycles of anxiety—whether that shows up as panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, OCD patterns, hypochondria, or constant overthinking. A big part of my work is helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin. That might mean quieting anxiety, understanding your reactions, or simply having a place where you can say the things you’ve been holding in without worrying about how they’ll be received. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make it feel more approachable. Like you’re talking to someone who gets it, not someone you have to perform for. Do you accept insurance? Yes! I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst, United Healthcare, Oscar & Oxford (Optum). I cannot accept Cigna or Medicaid at this time. You may be able to obtain “out-of-network” reimbursement from your health insurance provider though! I can provide a superbill upon request. Couples work is private pay only, with a Superbill option available.
