I help teens and adults who feel anxious, depressed, stuck, isolated, or disconnected, despite seeming “fine” on the outside. My approach is warm, relational, culturally responsive and insight-oriented. Together, we’ll explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and help you move toward a more grounded, authentic way of being. In our work together, I’ll bring warmth, steadiness, and deep listening. My role isn’t to give quick answers but to be a thoughtful companion as you begin to understand yourself more fully and relate to yourself with more care.
