Hi, I’m Humza! I’m a queer, transmasculine, neurodivergent and gender-expansive South Asian therapist who understands firsthand how hard it can be to stay true to yourself in a world that often asks you to shrink to be more palatable. I’m passionate about creating a space where you can show up as you are, discover what matters most to you, and step into your most authentic, grounded self. I often work with people who are curious about who they are and how they want to grow—whether that means exploring identity, unpacking cultural and religious upbringing, expressing your truth in relationships, or navigating whatever else arises on your journey. Many of my clients identify as queer, neurodivergent, trans, POC, poly, and/or kinky, and are looking for clarity, connection, or simply a place to be real. As a queer South Asian raised in an immigrant Muslim family, I carry my lived experience into my work and connect deeply with clients navigating similar intersections. I truly believe that healing is something we do together—collective, relational, and ultimately rooted in liberation. I see therapy as a collaborative process of self-discovery where we uncover your unique parts and work toward living in a way that feels aligned with your values and vision. My approach blends trauma-responsive care with more traditional therapy styles like psychodynamic, humanistic, and behavioral methods. Guided by foundational transformative justice and harm reduction values, I seek to nurture a space where courage, authenticity, and trust can bloom. If you feel called, we can also integrate spiritual tools like tarot, astrology, or other intuitive practices to support your journey. If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to schedule a 15-minute consultation to explore how we might work together toward your goals.
