Many of the struggles we experience around sex, intimacy, relationships, and ourselves don't develop in isolation. They're shaped by our lived experiences, the relationships we've had, the messages we've internalized, and the ways we've learned to protect ourselves. Therapy offers an opportunity to understand these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. My role isn't to tell you who you should be or what your relationships should look like. Instead, I help you better understand yourself so you can make choices that feel authentic, intentional, and aligned with your values. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped your relationship with your body, sexuality, intimacy, and connection while building practical tools to help you create meaningful change. Whether you're navigating anxiety around sex, relationship challenges, trauma, erectile dysfunction, desire differences, compulsive sexual behaviors, identity exploration, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner, I strive to create a space where you can show up fully. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen, understood, and supported. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We'll work together to better understand what's bringing you here, make sense of the patterns that no longer serve you, and help you move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and fulfilling.
