My path to becoming a therapist grew from nearly a decade of coaching gymnastics and supporting student-athletes as they balanced school, sport, performance pressure, injuries, and returning to competition. Through that work, I became especially interested in the connection between mental health, confidence, identity, and performance. I earned my master’s degree from Pepperdine University and now bring both my clinical training and coaching experience into my work with clients. I specialize in working with young adults, adults, athletes, and high-achieving professionals experiencing anxiety, social anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, and low self-esteem. I understand how exhausting it can feel to constantly evaluate yourself through your accomplishments or believe you must perform well to feel worthy or confident. My style is warm, personable, and nonjudgmental. I value showing up authentically and creating a space where clients feel safe being honest, while also being direct when it may help them recognize a pattern or move toward change. Together, we can develop healthier ways of responding to pressure, strengthen your confidence, and help you build a life that feels meaningful and sustainable beyond achievement alone. I am an associate therapist practicing under the supervision of Erica Basso, LMFT.
