Hunter is a licensed psychotherapist who shows up with warmth, curiosity, and a deeply affirming presence. Rooted in queer-centered and liberation-focused care, Hunter creates space where LGBTQIA+ people and all identities can feel seen, safe, and fully themselves. A Columbia University graduate, he brings experience supporting neurodivergent young adults at NYU and working with UN-affiliated organizations serving displaced and refugee communities, shaping a global and inclusive lens on healing, identity, and belonging. Hunter specializes in working with queer and trans communities, folks in life transitions, immigrants and first-generation individuals, and neurodiverse clients. His approach draws from REBT, Narrative Therapy, and CBT, while staying deeply relational, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience. With Hunter, therapy is a place to explore who you are, unlearn what doesn’t serve you, and build a life where your queerness, complexity, and voice are honored and celebrated.
