Introduction

Hello, my name is Ian Arnone LPC-A, a licensed mental health counselor who provides services through Kind Attention LLC. The primary therapeutic populations that I have worked with before include the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals diagnosed with PTSD, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety-Related Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, and Substance Use Related Disorders. My approach involves the use of both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy interventions, in which we will work towards improved self-awareness, self-efficacy, and the completion of client-held goals. I hold a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate in Connecticut. I am a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more.
