Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated that they keep finding themselves in the same patterns despite wanting something different. I believe meaningful change happens when we better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the experiences that have shaped us. As a Masters Level Counselor and Certified Complex Trauma Professional, I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity concerns, and questions of purpose and meaning. I am especially passionate about working with men who want to strengthen their relationships, develop greater emotional awareness, and live more authentically. My approach is relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a space that is both supportive and honest, where you feel understood while also being challenged to grow. Together, we will explore the deeper patterns contributing to your struggles, build practical tools for change, and work toward greater confidence, connection, and emotional freedom. My goal is not simply symptom relief, but helping you create a life that feels more meaningful, intentional, and aligned with who you want to be.
