Introduction

I work with men who want to live with greater clarity, connection, and purpose. Many of the men I see are managing demanding careers, relationships, fatherhood, and the pressure of keeping everything moving while privately feeling stressed, angry, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what needs to change. My approach to therapy is genuine, practical, and human. I believe meaningful change comes from being willing to look honestly at ourselves, take responsibility for what we can change, and have the courage to try something different. I’ll listen carefully, help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and offer perspective and practical tools without telling you how you should live your life. My work draws from CBT, ACT, somatic approaches, mindfulness, behavior change, and the restorative role of movement and nature. Depending on what you need, we might work on stress and anxiety, anger and emotional reactivity, relationship difficulties, being more present as a husband or father, career and life decisions, or simply feeling more connected to yourself and the life you’ve built. I believe a good life is built through connection—to the people we love, to ourselves, and to the world around us. Therapy can be a place to slow down, listen better, make courageous decisions, and become more intentional about how you show up at home, at work, and in the world. I provide private-pay individual therapy for men via telehealth throughout Washington State. If this sounds like the kind of work you’re looking for, you can schedule a session directly or email me with questions.
