Introduction

With over three decades of clinical practice dating back to 1995, I provide dedicated psychological services for individuals, couples, groups, and organizations. I practice as a Licensed Psychologist in Oregon, Nevada, and California. My practice centers primarily on adults, young adults, and couples navigating the inherent complexities of life. As an experienced Eugene psychologist, my objective is to facilitate a uniquely safe, supportive environment where clients can embark upon their own adventures toward greater psychological freedom, connection, and fulfillment. Operating as a depth psychologist, my therapeutic framework is relational, psychoanalytically informed, and strictly grounded in evidence-based research. Comprehensive care requires addressing the entire individual. To achieve this, my clinical application integrates advanced training across several methodologies, including Supportive-Expressive Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (SE), Stoic Mindfulness and Resilience Training (SMRT), Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapy (GMCT), Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Emotional Processing, Schema Therapy (ST), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Beyond standard clinical practice, I hold a specialized interest in working with fellow healthcare providers, mental health professionals, and clinical trainees. I serve as an AKRI-Certified Consultant and formerly held the position of Vice President for the A. K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems.
