Welcome. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you’re just trying to keep up with everything, you’re not alone. You might be navigating the impact of past trauma, feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift, or struggling with the transition into adulthood after college. Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too much” or “not enough,” especially as a neurodivergent person, and you’re looking for a space where you can just be yourself. I’m currently accepting new clients and can often meet within the same week. I look forward to working with you! I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for neurodivergent individuals and recent grads navigating a quarter-life crisis. Together, we focus on your strengths, build self-awareness, and help you feel more confident and grounded. I also incorporate art therapy techniques to support expression and healing. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and valued. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, we’ll work together to find what helps.
