Introduction

I am a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (Associate) & founder of Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services, a Utah & Virginia-licensed telepsychiatry practice offering medication management to high functioning women professionals who appear "fine" on the outside, but are silently struggling with ADHD, burnout, anxiety, and postpartum depression. Although my focus is women professionals, in order to remain inclusive I also extend services to men and children ages 8+. I earned my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rutgers University and have experience caring for patients across diverse mental health settings. Whether you're navigating focus issues, emotional exhaustion, mood changes, trauma-related symptoms, or life transitions, my goal is to provide compassionate care that helps you function more confidently in everyday life. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping patients feel like themselves again-- not rushed through a checklist. I believe mental health care should feel personalized, intentional, and empowering. Appointments are designed to give patients a space to be heard while creating realistic treatment plans that fit their goals, lifestyle, and long-term wellness. Mental health is a practice-- train it with intention.
