Through my 20 years of experience working in mental health to include family therapy and working with Veterans and families, I have successfully utilized several therapeutic approaches to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment issues. Clients report improved quality of life and reduced effects of stressful life circumstances through our work. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and learning about complementary/holistic approaches to health and well-being. I also love spending time with family, especially my granddaughter and two dogs.
