I’m a pre-licensed mental health counselor who got into this work because I genuinely enjoy helping people make sense of what they’re dealing with and find ways to feel more grounded and in control. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a down-to-earth, nonjudgmental space where therapy feels practical, collaborative, and actually useful in everyday life.
